1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PixelProof Gallery platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Tiers

To use photographer capabilities, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information.

• Free Tier: Includes up to 3 active galleries, 5 GB storage capacity, and 1,000 photos maximum.
• Upgrades & Subscriptions: Photographers can upgrade their plans for higher storage and gallery limits. Upgrades are subject to recurring monthly subscription fees.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

3. Content Ownership & Copyright

Photographers retain full copyright and ownership of all photographic works and image files uploaded to the Service. PixelProof Gallery claims no intellectual property rights over photographer content. Photographers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary licenses and rights for uploaded media.

4. Permitted Use & Storage

You agree not to use the Service to store or display content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or violates the privacy of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Billing & Cancellations

All paid memberships are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Photographers can cancel their upgrade subscriptions at any time via the billing console, reverting their account to the Free Tier upon the completion of the active billing cycle.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any substantial revisions. Continued use of the Service following revisions constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
